Built on the job site.
Standard Roofing Company is a Loveland roofing contractor founded by a commercial construction superintendent.
Roofing with a builder's discipline
Most roofing companies are sales operations with subcontracted crews. Standard Roofing was started by a builder. Our founder, Doug Mangeris, has spent his career running commercial job sites as a superintendent: mid-rise, multifamily, healthcare, senior living, retail, and industrial, with more than $230 million in delivered construction volume.
On those projects, nothing gets covered up until it is inspected, documented, and right. Schedules are real. Safety is not optional. Closeout means paperwork and photos, not just a handshake. That is how we build roofs.
We are a Loveland company, and we are invested in this community for the long haul.
